Corrosion Protection Solutions for New and Deteriorating Structures

Welcome

Advanced Corrosion Protection Materials Ltd, provides innovative, sustainable corrosion management solutions to stop and prevent corrosion-related deterioration of new and existing reinforced concrete and metallic structures.

Reinforced Concrete Protection

We supply specialist galvanic cathodic protection anodes for concrete patch repairs, concrete rehabilitation, life extension, and reinforcement corrosion protection.

We have helped to develop a battery power remote monitoring system, capable of cathodic protection system performance assessment against the requirements of BS EN ISO 12696 Cathodic Protection of Steel in Concrete, clause 8.6.

Advanced Technology

Our founders Mr. Segers and Mr. Giorgini are NACE-certified CP Specialists and ISO 15257 Level 4 CP specialists, with a combined industry experience of over 50 years, in corrosion control, corrosion prevention of reinforced concrete and steel structures.

We have selected some specific, high-performance products, capable of stopping corrosion-related deterioration and which support our vision for a sustainable future.

"At our core, we believe that we have a responsibility to manage our infrastructure in a sustainable way, which means:

  • making what we have last as long as possible

  • using less of our non-renewable resources

  • been able to recover and recycle as much of our structures at end of life.

Adopting corrosion management technology into your infrastructure can help you to make it last, use less and recycle more at end of life, which supports a sustainable future."

                                                                                                                                                                                                                     -Paul Segers

When using our products on existing deteriorating infrastructures, this technology can provide a life extension to the asset by halting and controlling corrosion-related deterioration.

When using our products on new structures, this technology can enhance the natural material durability by preventing and controlling the onset of corrosion and resulting deterioration.
